Unfair treatment towards students that failed in studies.
Teacher classify those students as problematic child. The teachers are giving up on them and not giving the correct counseling to them. Teachers would tell other students don't be like or don't befriend with those problematic students. This would cause other students to interpret as you are not allowed to fail.
Every students will be afraid of failure, as they don't want to be treated as a problematic child. This nasty experience would then follow every students until they are adults. If they encounter failure during adults, they would suicides cause the students were not expose on how to cope with failure.
Mental health are not given priority in school or even the society.
I'm sure everyone have encounter adults that are judgemental. They laugh at others when they fail. In society, there are lots of people like that cause that attitude is what society teach us. But don't mind about that cause the judgemental attitude is found in every human beings, don't mind how they judge you and you will be successful!
Family also makes you scare of failure. You don't want to
disappoint your parents. So, when you fail you give a huge impact to
yourself. You are afraid of being judge by your family members. Afraid
of being laugh, criticized, look down and disappoint them.
Parents
also show attitude of judgemental on other people. Parents would compare you with your cousins in term of studies and
so on. And when you are the not clever ones you get disappointed and
frustrated with yourself. This leaves a huge damage to your brain and
this judgemental attitude is being brought down from generation to
generation!
Overthinking! You have lots of time on hand. You keep on thinking about your past failure. What you should do is manage your time so that you won't have time think of your past failure.
Lack of sleep. When you are lack of sleep you tend to have negative thoughts! Causes mood changes. Lack of sleep would cause overthinking.
